These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and pk40 ("pk40", "we", "us", "our"), governing your use of the pk40 website available at pk40.app and all associated products, services, features, and content (collectively, the "Platform"). By creating an account, logging in, depositing funds, or placing any bet or wager on the pk40 Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

Each individual User may hold only one registered account on pk40. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds. Accounts are personal and non-transferable.
Important: pk40 reserves the right to verify the identity and age of any User at any time by requesting documentation such as a valid CNIC, passport, or utility bill. Failure to provide adequate documentation within the required timeframe may result in account suspension.
When registering for a pk40 account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your legal name, date of birth, email address or phone number, and any other details requested during the registration process. pk40 reserves the right to verify all information provided.
As part of our anti-money laundering and fraud prevention obligations, pk40 requires Users to complete a KYC verification process before withdrawals can be processed. This involves submitting a copy of a valid government-issued identity document. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in withdrawal restrictions.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pk40 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. pk40 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to adequately safeguard your credentials. pk40 supports deposits and withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, Visa, Mastercard, UnionPay, and USDT TRC20. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are specified in the cashier section of the Platform and are subject to change.
Deposits made via JazzCash or Easypaisa typically reflect in your pk40 account within minutes. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one business day. Withdrawals are generally processed within one hour for mobile wallet methods and within one business day for bank transfers, subject to verification requirements.
All balances, bets, and payouts on the pk40 Platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pk40 does not charge currency conversion fees for PKR transactions. Cryptocurrency deposits (USDT TRC20) are converted to PKR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit.
Withdrawals are only permitted to payment methods previously used for deposit or to verified bank accounts registered in the User's name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. pk40 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal request.
All bets and wagers placed on the pk40 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each product, including cricket betting, football betting, slots, live casino, and other gaming categories. In the event of a manifest error in odds, game outcomes, or results displayed on the Platform (including but not limited to technical errors, human errors, or data feed failures), pk40 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the relevant accounts. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pk40 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform. pk40's total aggregate liability to any User for direct damages shall not exceed the amount deposited by the User in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
pk40 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or third-party service disruptions may cause temporary unavailability. pk40 shall not be liable for losses resulting from such interruptions.

Upon termination, any genuine funds remaining in your account (excluding bonus funds not yet converted to withdrawable credit) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC verification.
Users may also voluntarily close their pk40 account at any time by contacting our support team. Please note that closing your account does not constitute self-exclusion unless specifically requested.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pk40 is licensed and incorporated. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting pk40 customer support at [email protected]. If informal resolution is not achieved within 30 days, disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration or the jurisdiction of the relevant competent courts as applicable.

It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
